Our services include investigating mappings of patent claims to standards and products; preparing corresponding claim charts; providing technical support in licensing discussions; advising on grading and taxonomy for classifying client’s patent portfolios; assisting with preparation and submission of declarations to SSOs; and preparing technical test methodology in evidence of use analysis.

Our team has many years of experience working in-house and as external counsel to large multi-national organisations, patent pool companies, and patent licensing businesses.

We use Patently® to assist clients with understanding the landscape of patent information in specialised fields, and we have developed in-house tools for more in-depth analysis of standard-related information.
